For quality assurance, safety, and dispute resolution, please be advised:
- All Chat Consultations are logged and securely stored.
- All Audio Calls may be recorded for quality and future reference.
- All Video Consultations may be recorded for quality and future reference.
These recordings are highly encrypted and are only accessed by our internal compliance team in the event of a user claim, safety concern, or policy violation. By using our consultation services, you explicitly consent to this recording policy.
Policy Enforcement
VedJyotish maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, abuse, or circumvention of our platform policies. If a user or astrologer makes a claim regarding misconduct, VedJyotish reserves the right to review session recordings and take appropriate actions, which may include permanent account bans and financial penalties.
