These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of VedJyotish's Platform. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms in full.
1. General Agreement
VedJyotish provides an astrological consultation platform connecting users with verified astrologers. While our experts strive to provide the most accurate guidance based on Vedic principles, astrology is an advisory science. We do not guarantee the occurrence of specific events, and the advice should not replace professional medical, legal, or financial counsel.
2. Code of Conduct & Banned Language
VedJyotish enforces a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding communication on the platform.
- Abusive Language: Any user or astrologer found using abusive, derogatory, sexually explicit, or offensive language will face immediate suspension.
- Government Restricted Content: The use of words, phrases, or topics that are banned by government policies (including hate speech, incitement of violence, or illegal activities) is strictly prohibited.
- Company Action: If any party attempts to break these rules or policies, the company will take immediate action, which may include permanent bans, legal reporting, and financial penalties.
3. Prohibition of Off-Platform Communication
To ensure the safety, privacy, and security of all transactions and interactions, no user or astrologer may share personal mobile numbers, email addresses, social media links, or physical addresses with each other.
All consultations must take place exclusively through the VedJyotish chat, call, or video infrastructure. Attempts to bypass the platform will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of wallet balances.
4. Dispute Resolution & Claims
In the event of a dispute, complaint, or claim filed by either a user or an astrologer, VedJyotish will act as the mediating authority.
Please note that as detailed in our Privacy Policy, all chat, call, and video sessions may be recorded for future references. When a claim is made, the company will review these recordings and show its own policies or terms and conditions to enforce a fair resolution. The company's decision in these matters is final and binding.
5. Penalties & Enforcement
VedJyotish reserves the right to withhold payments, freeze wallet balances, or impose financial penalties on astrologers or users who violate these Terms of Service. By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these strict compliance measures.
