  • •If the astrologer is unresponsive or unable to answer your question during a paid session.
  • •Language barriers if the astrologer indicated fluency in a language they cannot speak.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • •Dissatisfaction with a prediction (astrology is an advisory science).
  • •If incorrect birth details were provided by the user.
  • •Time lost due to network issues on the user's end.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the consultation. You can raise a ticket directly through the app or website dashboard. Our QA team will review the session (refer to our Privacy Policy regarding recordings) to validate the claim.

Approved refunds are credited back to your VedJyotish wallet within 1-2 business days, ensuring you can quickly book another session.
